Delivery & Exchange

Your selected design/ color & preferable UK size needs to be confirmed to make arrangements for packing & delivery.
Please note you must provide us your full name, postal address & contact no to arrange the delivery.
Choose your preferable payment method from COD & bank transfers.
In bank transfer payment method you must confirm your bank transfer to hello@adoreclothing.lk or +94767199994 with a receipt for us to proceed with your order.
Please note you’ll receive a text from our courier agent once the goods are dispatched.
Estimated standard delivery time for zones in Colombo is within 24 hours. Deliveries for other zones would take up to 48 hours/ 3 working days.
Once the goods are delivered please handover COD amount to our courier agent.
We do islandwide free delivery.

Please note you need to raise the exchange/ return request within 7 days of your purchase.
You can exchange your item into different sizes or into another design, but this can vary according to our item availability as we only do limited quantities in one design/ color.
You can only raise one exchange request per one purchase.
Additional Rs. 300 would be charged for your exchange order & this should be handed over to our courier agent or can be bank transferred to ADORE clothing.
Please note our items are individually examined before packing & includes safest wrapping methods, therefore no possibility to have any defects/ damages in garments. However, if you raise an exchange request due to defects/ damage we’ll investigate it & if the request is reasonable, we’ll replace your garment FOC or refund your order.
Please note exchanges are not available for sale or discounted items.

In each exchange the items need to be returned with our delivery agent once we raise the exchange request.
If ADORE is making a refund to a customer, we’ll do a bank transfer & email you the receipt.
If receiving bank transfer is delayed for more than 14 working days, please inform +94767199994
